Club Names and Artwork

In 1979 the International Trade Council sponsored a whaleboat team in the Alcatraz Race. For the first several years we used the Interational Trade Council flag and used whatever cheap tee shirts we could find rather than make our own. etc. This section will take some time to complete as I have to find and scan old photos to fill this out.

In 19xx one of our rowers, Elaine Kwong (aka Rusty), received an award for our new club design. Here are the back and the front pocket. The photo was used on our website homepage.

In 2014 we debuted our new name and artwork at the Alcatraz Whaleboat Race! It was designed by Jefferson Hunter. The photo is used on our website homepage.
